1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaysa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Zaysa provides tools to understand, secure and operate your cloud infrastructure: cost and waste analysis, deployment automation, just-in-time access management, and Autopilot, which can propose and, only within limits you set, apply changes to your infrastructure. You decide which actions need approval and which are blocked. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Billing & Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Pro and Business plans may start with a 14-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You may cancel at any time. If you ask for a refund, whether monthly or yearly, we refund the unused part of your current billing period to your original payment method and your plan moves to Free; your data is kept. 5. Limitation of Liability

Zaysa provides cost optimization recommendations as guidance. We are not liable for any actions taken based on our recommendations or any resulting data loss.
