Not for the Free plan. The 14-day Pro and Business trials ask for a card; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Your card is charged for the plan and billing period you chose, and the plan continues. The trial end date is shown in Billing, where you can cancel before then at no cost.
Yes. When you upgrade, you pay the difference for the rest of the current period straight away and the new plan starts immediately. When you move to a lower plan, the unused difference is credited to your next invoice.
You can cancel anytime. If you ask for a refund, monthly or yearly, we refund the unused part of your current billing period to your original payment method and your plan moves to Free; your data is kept.
Yes. Yearly billing saves 10% against the monthly price: Pro works out at $18/month instead of $20, and Business at $45/month instead of $50.
Free includes Dashboards, Waste detection, Autopilot findings, Kubernetes visibility, OpenShift visibility, VM visibility, Cloud Map, Community support. Limits: 1 cloud account per provider, 1 team member, 1 connector, 2 scans per month, and 30 days of history.
Pro adds Full cost reports, Guided cleanup, Scheduled scans, CI/CD pipelines, Just-in-time team access, Slack integration, API keys, Email support. Limits rise to 3 cloud accounts per provider, 3 team members, and 5 connectors.
When you want Autopilot to act on its own within your rules, and governance over who can access what. Business adds Access governance and activity, Autonomous fixes, Incident Pass, Change Check, Replay, Consolidated report, Priority support. Cloud accounts, team members, connectors, history and scans are unlimited.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and DigitalOcean, plus Kubernetes, OpenShift and VMs. Cloud Map covers AWS and Google Cloud. Azure and DigitalOcean are coming next.
On AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, Zaysa uses short-lived federated identity instead of stored access keys; DigitalOcean uses an API token stored encrypted. Autopilot starts by only showing what it would do, and every action is recorded.
